Looking at this sample invoice, let’s walk through the basic math.
1. Add Total Deductions + Total Benefits = Total
2. See the sample invoice: 21,221.41 + 54,118.27 = 75,339.68
3. Take the total 75,339.68 then backout what OMS “keeps” which currently is:
- All Colonial (deductions starting with a 1)
- Christmas Club
- All H.S.A (ded and ben).
4. So 75,339.68 – 1957.89 (Colonial) – 5122.50 (H.S.A) – 810.66 (X-mas) = 67,448.63
5. Agency Credits are 67,448.63 for this example.
