You can sort time punches by one factor and specific time periods.
Sorting Time Punches
Drag the name or the date into the header row to filter the data. When you find a view that you like hit Save Grid so that you don't have to do it each time. You also want to filter the punch day so that you are looking at the current pay period. The filter starts with the "after" phrase.
