As an employee, you only need to indicate your resident status and the rest of the data prefills based on the demographic info you've already completed.
You will electronically sign the form by entering the user ID and password that you created. At the bottom of the form, there is an acknowledgment that both you and your employer complete stating you signed the form electronically.
